  3. You need a gst number. Apply at the local body for trade license and food license. If you apply for a turnover of less than 12 lakhs per year fssai license is not mandatory. Food license is enough. If your turnover increases you can go for fssai license.

  4. If you are involving in the entire work with minimum workers and rent the margin I is more than 50% my friend is doing same business and earning Rs6000 to 7000 per day. Quality should maintained and there should not prepared items wasted
